PRODUCTS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

Are your blades really hand-made?

Yes. Every blade is hand-forged and hand-finished by skilled Indonesian artisans, and the sheaths and handles are hand-carved or hand-tooled. These are not mass-produced, factory items.

Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?

Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in size, weight, color, wood grain, and carving are completely normal — no two pieces are exactly alike. These natural variations are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

What materials do you use?

Our blades are made from quality forged steel, paired with natural hardwood and genuine leather for the handles and sheaths. Exact materials are listed in each product description.

Are the blades sharp and functional?

Our blades are real, functional tools. Some collector and ceremonial pieces are intended primarily for display. Please check each product description, and always handle blades responsibly.

Do the blades come with a sheath?

Most of our blades include a hand-made sheath (carved wood or tooled leather). Please check the individual product page to confirm what is included.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. Our checkout is secure and encrypted (HTTPS), and payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel for a full refund only if your order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@nusantarablades.com. Once shipped, the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, including the USA, Europe, and Australia — except to countries or regions where bladed items are prohibited or restricted by law.

How long will my order take?

Processing takes 1-3 business days (each item is made to order), and delivery takes approximately 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order, and the exact cost is shown before you pay.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Every order is shipped with a tracked service, and we email you a tracking number once it's dispatched.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Possibly. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office if unsure.

LEGAL & AGE REQUIREMENTS

Is it legal for me to buy a blade from you?

Knife and blade laws vary by country, state, and region. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the laws in your area before ordering. Please see our Legal Notice for details.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age to purchase bladed items in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher). We may request age verification and can cancel orders that don't meet this requirement.

What if my blade is stopped by customs?

If an item is restricted in your country and seized by customs, we are unfortunately not responsible, and such cases are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure your item can be legally imported before ordering.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy for the conditions and steps.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a video. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — in most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

How do I take care of my blade?

Keep the blade clean and dry. Apply a thin coat of oil (mineral or blade oil) periodically to prevent rust, especially in humid climates. Store it in its sheath, and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
