By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to request age verification and to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet these requirements.

3. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

All our products are hand-made. As a result, slight variations in size, weight, color, wood grain, carving, and finish are natural and expected, and your item may differ slightly from the photos shown. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display is accurate. Such natural variations are not defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

4. PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, pricing or product errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order containing a pricing error, even after it has been confirmed.

Prices do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country; these are your responsibility (see our Shipping Policy).

5. ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send you a confirmation or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (without limitation) for reasons of:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Legal, regulatory, or compliance restrictions in the destination location

If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will issue a full refund for that order.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details. Orders are not processed until payment is authorized and received.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times, costs, customs duties, and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and handling of damaged or incorrect items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before ordering.

9. AGE RESTRICTION & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Our products are bladed items. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all laws in your country, state, or region regarding the purchase, import, possession, and carry of such items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to restricted destinations. We are not responsible for items seized by customs or authorities due to local laws, and such cases are not eligible for a refund. Full details are in our Legal Notice. Our products are sold for lawful use only, and the buyer assumes all responsibility for their safe and lawful use.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, product photos, graphics, logos, and the "Nusantara Blades" name and brand, is our property or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
