Thank you for shopping with Nusantara Blades. Each item is hand-forged and hand-carved in Indonesia and shipped worldwide. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide, including the USA, Europe, and Australia, EXCEPT to countries or regions where the import of bladed items is prohibited or restricted by law.

It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their country, state, or region regarding the import and possession of bladed items before ordering (please see our Legal Notice). We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed for a destination where our products are restricted or prohibited.

3. DELIVERY (TRANSIT) TIME

Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and customs clearance. Please note:

  • These are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Total time = processing time (1-3 business days) + delivery time (7-14 business days).
  • Customs inspections, local postal delays, holidays, or weather may extend delivery times beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the weight/size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete payment, so there are no hidden charges.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Every order is shipped with a tracked service. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are NOT included in the product price or the shipping cost shown at checkout, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. IMPORT RESTRICTIONS ON BLADED ITEMS

Some countries, states, or regions restrict or prohibit the import of certain blades (for example, certain knife types or lengths). It is your responsibility to verify that the item you order can be legally imported and possessed in your location.

We are not liable for items that are confiscated, seized, or destroyed by customs or authorities due to local laws, and such cases are NOT eligible for a refund. Please order responsibly.

8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

9. LOST, DELAYED, OR STUCK SHIPMENTS

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@nusantarablades.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate before issuing a replacement or refund. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside our control.

10. DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a video. We will arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
